The Madison Police Department is a full-service police agency, providing police protection to a city of approximately 13,000 residents and a land area of approximately 42 square miles. Madison is a growing and culturally diverse community located on the North Bank of the Ohio River. The Madison Police Department currently employs 27 sworn officers, and 8 civilian employees.
